Seasoned M&A professional with experience of over 22 years in originating, structuring, negotiating and executing Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) as well as private equity and other strategic investment transactions.

Several years of experience in Investment Banking advisory roles, as well as several years in the principal / strategic investor roles.

Broad industry exposure - having managed transactions in business process outsourcing (“BPO”) and IT services, engineering services, financial services, power and energy, semiconductors and manufacturing.

Have lived in and/or worked on transactions in numerous countries including Canada, Hong Kong, India, Latin America, Middle East (UAE and Saudi Arabia), South Korea, United Kingdom and the United States.

Completed transactions in excess of US$2.5 billion in deal value.

Specialties: End-to-end management of any M&A or equity investment transaction - including deal origination; valuation; accounting, legal and tax structuring; international taxation; and transaction negotiation.
