Her focus is on revenue cycle improvement, payer negotiations, payer settlements, billing rate analysis, physician compensation modeling and financial improvement plans. Ms. Flinn Fowler previously served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Physician Integration and Managed Care for 17 years providing financial and operational leadership for multi-state/multi-facility managed care contracting team, financial analyst, revenue cycle management services (billing and collections), practice/facility acquisitions and physician/advanced practitioner compensation for HCA, Inc., Triad Hospitals, Inc. and Vanguard Health Systems, Inc.
